Cochise County, Az. is located in southern Arizona, and includes Benson and I believe Tombstone, Az.also.  We are staying here, and providing an opportunity for me to do documentary and street photography.  Besides getting out to photograph each day I am taking a new course in photography which has been very helpful to take my photographic skill to the next level.

I find the people here to be very friendly, and approachable which is also helping me re-kindle an idea for a photographic project entitled:  Conversations on the Road.  I hope you like some of these images which may give you a glimpse of the photographic landscape  here.

This gentleman and his family were approached in a Walmart parking lot where he had been stocking up on supplies for the next leg of their trip to Nevada.  Bernard (Nard) was recently discharged from the armed forces and now traveling the country with his family.  His wife Nia and daughter also enjoy traveling.

This gentleman was chanced upon outside a local Mexican restaurant here.He was born and raised in Benson, and spends a great deal of time walking the sidewalks of Benson.

While chatting out in the morning sun, a restaurant customer with his take-out breakfast gave us a greeting and remarked what a beautiful morning it was.
